Over the last couple of months, there have been far too many orders, comments, questions, messages, and emails that have not been responded to or dealt with properly. There has been a major lack of work ethic on my part towards Helix due to personal reasons and issues receiving parts from China. Although, I find myself struggling, this is no excuse for the way Helix as a whole has been run or the "Radio silence" towards Helix customers.
In the next couple of days, I will be working to ship all past orders and will reevaluate how Helix is managed and developed for the foreseeable future. I am truly sorry for any frustration this might have caused to Helix customer and RC community. Like many of you, I am truly passionate about RC. Thank you everyone that has supported Helix over the last couple of years. From one racer to the next, hopefully I can reestablish Helix as a trustworthy manufacturer once more.
